The Committee (Including Office Bearers)
The office bearers of the Association shall consist of a President, a Vice-President, and an Honorary Treasurer, all of whom shall be members of the Association and who shall be elected by and from the members of the Committee.

The following named persons who have subscribed to the Memorandum of Association shall constitute the first Committee and the first office bearers shall be as set out below:

They shall all retire at the first annual general meeting, but shall be eligible for re-election.

Thereafter the Committee shall consist of eight members of the Association inclusive of the office bearers all of whom shall be elected as herein provided Provided That the members of the Committee shall be residents of at least four of the States or territories of Australia.

All members of the Committee shall retire at the annual general meeting held two years after the first annual general meeting and at the annual general meeting held each two years thereafter. No more than six members of the Committee shall be eligible for re-election and if more than six members of the Committee seek re-election the member or members who have the longer period of continuous service on the Committee shall be ineligible for re-election.
